Rural setting, large comfortable home with yard, bright decorated bedrooms, large playroom, living room for parent visits, large amount of seating & equipment.
Experienced staff, nurse and second person on all night, child care workers, daytime (4), staff trained in tube fees, oxygen admin., therapy, positioning, total stimulation, suctioning, seating (& cuddling.
Social workers on staff.
Co-operation with agency to place child in foster care if improves to that stage and agency requests.
Care preparation & follow-up with parents of terminally ill children.
Pediatrician and Therapists visit in home. Other specialists clinics in Kingston."
