Comment:
Phoenix Residential Treatment Services is a residential program for children with varying degrees of treatment needs. Three levels of fostering exist with varying degrees of clinical needs. Phoenix will accept children with no significant restrictions on age, sex, length of stay, wardship status, or family history. A section 19 classroom is available to meet the needs of children who are unable to function in the regular school system.
