Eagle Circles the Nest(ECTN) serves youth who are in the care of Local and Surrounding Children's Aid Societies and/or Child and Family Services. The core of our services is embedded in Aborignal culture and ways of thinking and seeks to assist females who are between the ages of 12 years and 17 years on admission. Our overall goal is to create a comfortable family environment with sufficient structure and supervision to ensure that the adolescents feel safe and emotionally supported to express themselves. The program is designed to assist youth to develop critical life skills and personal assets including: A positive self concept, ability to regulate their emotions, maintain positive interpersonal relationships, independent living skills, and restoring positive Aboriginal identity.
