  • Avalon provides Specialized Individual Programs to meet the needs of clients with very complex, multiple and "unique" needs. We currently have two clients living in their own apartments and receiving varying levels of staff support / supervision and day to day assistance. These youth have been extremely successful with this type of supported therapeutic living arrangement.
  • This type of semi-independent programming has been successful for a number of youth who were ready to transition from our group or foster programs to a more independent, yet supported living.
  • We have also utilized this type of individualized programming for youth whose needs could not be met safely / successfully in any other program (foster or group). An individualized program is built around the needs of the youth.
