OARTY launched the Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) Project which provided information, education and direct support to members in order to assist in improvement of standards and assist in obtaining accreditation. This exciting initiative has enhanced the strength of member agencies and show the leadership of the private residential care sector to stakeholders.

OARTY’s successful Continuous Quality Improvement Project (CQI) has provided members with a variety of educational opportunities regarding outcomes management systems and accreditation. As a key outcome of this project, a selection of videos, webinars, manuals, and workbooks are now available; the new ACE website (a members-only document sharing resource exchange) also serves as an excellent source of information.
